Our group was excited to celebrate my son's birthday, and while the customer service was impressive, the small pool was quite disappointing compared to the pictures we had seen online. However, the staff made our stay much more enjoyable with their warmth and attentiveness. Location-wise, we had a lot to explore nearby, which added to our adventure.
